​Having served as a Marketing, Communications, and Technology Manager at a private real estate firm, Ashley had been responsible for the company's marketing development, the collaboration of public relations events, and the creation of agent resources - playing a primary role in the promotion of a professional image and valued reputation.

A graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, Ashley completed her bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Business, with specific focuses on Marketing and Public Relations. After graduating from Roberts Wesleyan College, Ashley has continued to develop her business administration skills and public relations skills through work at the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office, where she held the position of Executive Assistant to the Sheriff for 7 years. During this time, she took on various responsibilities, such as budget, financial operations, community engagement, and program coordination, and served as a member of the Public Information Officers Board for Tompkins County Government.
